Fractional leadership. Project-based engagements. Strategic advisory. The kind of clarity that only comes from having done it inside Fortune 10 environments.

WHO THIS IS FORIs This the Right Fit?

This service is for organizations that have AI ambitions but need experienced program leadership to make them operational.

VP of Data & AI
You have the mandate to build an AI program but don't have a seasoned program leader on the team yet. I come in as fractional leadership while you hire.
CTO
You inherited a portfolio of AI projects from an acquisition and need someone to assess, prioritize, and restructure the portfolio into a coherent program.
Chief AI Officer
You're standing up a new function and need an operator who can build the program architecture, establish the cadence, and set the cross-functional coordination in motion while the permanent team is being hired.
AI Product Manager
You're managing a growing portfolio of models and need help establishing the operational backbone (intake, prioritization, resource allocation, stakeholder communication) that keeps the work from becoming chaos.

ENGAGEMENT MODELSThree Ways to Engage

Fractional Leadership
I embed with your team on an ongoing basis, typically two to three days per week, as your acting AI Program Lead. I attend your standups, sit in your leadership meetings, and build the operating rhythm. Best for organizations in the first 6 to 12 months of building or restructuring.
Project-Based Engagements
Stand up a specific initiative, conduct a portfolio assessment, design an operating model, or manage a vendor evaluation. Scoped, time-bound, and deliverable-driven. I come in, do the work, hand it off.
Strategic Advisory
For organizations with internal program leadership that want an experienced external perspective. Coaching, thought partnership, and strategic guidance. Monthly retainers or session-based, depending on what serves the work.

THE APPROACHWhat Working With Me Looks Like

I’m not a consultant who delivers a slide deck and disappears. My program management work is operational. I’m in the tools. I’m on the calls. I’m building the project plans and running the stakeholder updates.

The organizations I work with don’t experience me as an outside advisor. They experience me as the person who is actually running the program alongside their team.

Embedded in your tools and your cadence
Multi-vertical Fortune 10 pattern recognition
Governance-fluent program leadership
Builds capability you keep after I leave

A 30-minute call is enough to determine whether this engagement makes sense. No pitch. No pressure. Just a conversation about what you’re trying to build.
